Terms and Conditions – MasterWicket

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register an account.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that using MasterWicket is legally permitted in your state or territory.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep it updated.
• Each user is allowed only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

Participation in fantasy contests on MasterWicket is a game of skill and requires analysis, judgment, and strategic team selection based on real-world cricket matches.

• Users must submit their fantasy teams before the contest deadline or match start time. Late submissions are not permitted.
• Scoring is based on live real-time match performances. Points allocation details are available under the Points System section.
• In case of match abandonment, contest cancellation, or technical errors, entry fees may be refunded at the discretion of MasterWicket.
• MasterWicket reserves the right to modify contest rules, scoring formats, and payouts at any time without prior notice.

All financial transactions are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.

• Deposits must be made from accounts legally owned by the user.
• Withdrawals may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification including government-issued ID and bank details.
• MasterWicket reserves the right to impose minimum or maximum limits on deposits and withdrawals as needed.
• Bonus funds, if awarded, are subject to specific usage conditions and may not be withdrawn directly.

• Collusion, multiple account creation, or any attempt to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Automated scripts, bots, or third-party software tools are not permitted for accessing or interacting with the platform.
• Any user found engaging in fraudulent behavior may have their account suspended, winnings forfeited, and may face legal action.
• MasterWicket reserves the right to audit, investigate, and report suspicious activities to authorities if necessary.

All trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and content on MasterWicket are the intellectual property of MasterWicket and its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission.

MasterWicket reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user's account for violation of these Terms, suspicious behavior, fraud, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

Suspended users may forfeit prizes, and all pending or requested withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

MasterWicket shall not be responsible for:

• Any loss of data, winnings, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from unauthorized access, server failures, or technical errors.
• Delays or disruptions beyond our reasonable control such as network issues, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with fantasy gaming and online platforms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
